Alteration & addition - Four Adjoining apartments
In a tranquil world of their own, these Four existing townhouse apartments; part of a historic twelve unit development, were in desperate need of some love. Situated on what was originally the grounds of an elegant Edwardian home, which still graces the front of the property, these apartments are girthed by beautiful and expansive communal gardens, with mature trees and lush lawns. The challenge was to create dwellings worthy of such impressive surrounds.
Each apartment received a full internal strip-out and refurbishment to the existing ground level, as well as substantial new structure, to support the addition of an upper level. All boasting two new bedrooms and either one or two bathrooms. Four individual clients, opting for four individual specifications; each new apartment unique in its own right.
