Established in 1991, over 30 years of operation Matclair has built a reputation for high quality tradesmanship, problem solving and lasting client relationships. We pride ourselves on treating every project as if it were our own, adhering to strict quality principles and building practices, irrespective of whether the project is a commercial factory, luxurious family home or something more suited to the first home buyer.
The Matclair name is synonymous with custom homes. We thrive on challenging design and construction projects, including sloping blocks and larger scale alterations/additions. Our team boasts extensive experience in high level project and construction management, derived from a history with one of Australia’s largest commercial construction companies, as well as extensive carpentry experience. In addition, we draw upon strong working relationships with design professionals, suppliers and subcontractors, which have been developed through the completion of many successful projects together.
